Collection in person

Sold an item, the guy paid and came and collected it.

But I can't give feedback as apparently we should have scanned a qi code. Anyway neither of us really know what that is or how we'd do that. The transaction is complete as far as I'm concerned but how can I close it ?

this is a new system ebay has intoduced so sellers can mark items as collected

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
