Collection code from eBay for a Buy It Now

Apparently eBay sends a collection/QR code when you pay for a Buy It Now item. I bought a cooker recently but there's no sign of any message from eBay for it and I don't know where else to look apart from in my Messages. Has anyone else had the same problem and how did you resolve it? eBay customer support is apparently offline and the seller is putting pressure on me to close the purchase.

You only need the QR code if you are both using the app. You can go agead and buy the cooker without the code.

Your seller can mark the item paid and dispatched in their seller hub using a PC or laptop.
