Collection but can’t contact seller

I bought/won a bed on Saturday, paid for it straight away via PayPal and the emailed them asking to arrange collection. I've messaged 2 more times since and not heard anything back, I don't want to be a pain so don't want to send loads of messages but I must admit I'm a bit concerned as I'm £300+ down and haven't even had a message from the seller. I was wondering if with this being a collection item does it affect my money back cover ?. 

obviously I hope it doesn't come to that but I can't find much reference to collection auctions on the bell section. 

Any info appreciated
