How can you resolve the issue when a collection barcode is unavilable to scan?
buyer unable to download code and therefore seller unable to scan barcode
If it is a collection item then when you collect the seller can download the transaction page for you to sign to say you collected
They can then mark as Dispatched on the seller hub under Orders
I think both should have a page to sign proving collection from the buyer and dispatched from the seller,My opinion only

you need to use the seller hub, not the app
tick the box next to the item on your orders page then use the 'postage' drop down to mark it as dispatched
