I picked up an item from a seller and then when I got home I noticed that ebay had sent me a collection code. however, I marked that i had paid for the item and left feedback. The seller then asked for the collection code so they could mark it as being sold.
I could not find the mesage containing the Collection Code, and the button to see the Collection Code was no longer visible.
I looked in the recyle bin just incase I had deleted it by accident but it wasn't there. Does anyone know how to get the button back or the message back?
