I have recently sold two wardrobes. The buyer paid in full by PayPal and said she would be arranging a courier to pick them up as she lives quite a long distance from me. It has been a week now and she has not arranged a courier and doesn't reply to my emails. After what time am I at liberty to dispose or re-sell the wardrobes, and do I have to pay her the money back?
