Buyer has collected item but didn’t have code. Contacted buyer but they haven’t got a code. So item is still on arrange a collection. How do I remove this. With no code
You can still mark as dispatched using a PC or laptop on My eBay via More Action, right of item on your sold page. Or on the seller hub page click on the item, then top left > Mark as Dispatched.
