Buyer did not read my listing "Collect Only " correctly. They bid, won and paid. States they cannot collect. I tried to help them out by packing the item which is very large and obtained quotes for freight. Buyer states they will not pay freight. Buyer owns the items as they have paid for them, so they should take responsibility for collection, but what is the actual position? Are they in Breach of Contract if they do not collect? Buyer should have taken the trouble to read the listing which was very clear, before bidding and comitting to purchase.
They should not have bought the item
You did not offer postage on your listing so dont have to post
Ask them if they wish to cancel
If they do then cancel buyer requests to cancel
You get your fees back and can relist
