Why can i no longer relist / sell coins on e-bay ? have been doing it for years on and off and now will not relist. Is this yet another new crazy ruling ?

eBay are supposedly allowing private sellers to list coins bullion etc in the coming months,many sellers may well be using other sites by then though and not return
