Closing account/Enay shop

I have cancelled all my subscriptions but still cannot cancel my account with eBay - I want to close the shop completely. I have called sooo many times and confirmed my telephone number for a call back within the recorded allocated waiting time and not one single call has been made from EBay - really unhappy with the shocking service! Any help is gratefully received. Thanks

To close your eBay Shop:
Go to My eBay.
Click the Account tab, then click Subscriptions on the left.
Scroll to the eBay Shops section, and click Cancel Subscription

Due to UK banking laws you will be unable to close your account fully until 180 days after your last sale !!  Nothing eBay will do about that

Hi - thanks for your comments - I haven’t sold anything on the shop for over a year so this rule does not apply.
