Closing a collection only

Hi all,

I have sold an item collection only, the buyer has paid and collected but is insisting he cannot find the 6-digit code or QR code for confirmation.

Is there any other way I can close the transaction on eBay? He has left +ve feedback for me.

It is only if you use the app

go to More actions to the right of the item in your sold section and on the drop down list mark as Paid and Dispatched

On the seller hub you will find it under Orders

Mark as dispatched. Buyer only gets a code if he is using the Ebay App. 

Really both buyer and seller need obe using the App.as buyer gets code on ther phone, and the seller scans it with their phone. Obviously only works if both are using the App. otherwise seller marks as dispatched just as has always been done.
