I closed a return by mistake what do I so now?? It won't let reopen it

Once you close a case you can not open another one as ebay only allows one case.

If it was a return through change of mind then nothing you can do

If your item was not as described and you paid by paypal then you may be able to open a not as described dispute there.

Hi thanks for the reply.. tne item is faulty it has a whole on the seam of
the dress ..

Do I wait for the seller to reply?? Which she hasn't yet ??

I have no idea what to do??
Any help be appreciated..

Once the case is closed on ebay that is the end of it. The seller does not need to do anything. If you paid by paypal then open a not as described dispute there. Sign up for their returns first if you can as if you dont you would have to pay the return postage on paypal. Escalate as soon as paypal allows but within 20 days.
