I recently bought 8 posters and got them and saw that they were not as described. They had all been shipped rolled up in 1 tube. The seller agreed a refund and I returned them all in 1 tube, using postage for 1 item. The seller refunded me for the poster whose return label I had used but for nothing else. The return has now closed. I had been waiting for it to close so I could appeal it but can't see how. Can anyone please let me know how to get the refunds for the remaining posters?
