Hello
I ordered x3 phone cases, x2 black and x1 clear, so they come up as separate orders (due to the colour)
Today (a month later) I received two cases that were completely not the cases I ordered, so I opened up a return request, I accidentally put in the message that I ordered x2 cases (I was looking at one of the separate orders and forgot I had another one to mention) So I closed the request in attempt to do another, little to my knowdlege you cannot go through that option again..
Everywhere I go support wise.. links me to the "check return status > Got it, you closed this on 14th March" I know it says that you cannot re-open the same request but nowhere does it say whether I can completely re-do this request!
Is there a time frame that this closed return request sits in limbo? because if you close a request by accident then it seems pretty rubbish that you cannot re-phrase your comment or request. "Contact us" by chat and phone are now closed.
