My last purchase was on the 3 January 2019, delivered on the 8 January, but despite the 30 day expiry rule has been met I still cant close my account to date. I have no other restrictions imposed. Please can you kindly advice have I missed something? Many thanks. Kind regards, William.

Ebay told me on numerous occasions. Can't close my account formally.
