Here you go:-

• From your eBay home page, go to Help & Contact and then select Resolution Centre.
• Once on the Resolution Centre, scroll down until you see Your cases.
• Choose the corresponding case/s that you need to act on (or in your case, cancel).
• Select See case details once you have chosen the appropriate case.
• You can now see History and Next steps (usually highlighted in yellow).
• Under Next steps, select Cancel this return.
