Close an open case

The seller offered me 20% discount and to keep north face black jumper I accepted that offer so now I would like to close the case that I opened with you, but I can’t seem to do it, can eBay call me please x

If you have received the refund just go to the resolution centre and close it.

Dont close the case on a promise.

Make sure you get the refund first as once closed you can not open another ebay case.

If you have received the refund then go back to the case and the option should be there.

MAy promises are not kept once a case if closed
