Have moved over to Click and drop in last week from just creating all postage within eBay (only use RM)
All seems to be working ok ish, although seems to take ages sometimes for data to sync between them both!
However, I am getting no tracking information coming back into eBay - confirms the dispatch ok and moves orders into 'dispatched' on ebay but no info on postage at all.
Searched for answers and have scanned a few queries and articles but many are old and probably no longer relevant with updates etc etc since they were posted. Did read that it can be good that postage doesn't come back as can lead to issues with late deliveries with ebay using the information incorrectly or something?!?
Does it work or not basically? Found a recent query asking same question but no answers.

I don't really understand how this works, or what sort of postage you use to get tracking, but I found this on the RM website and only Postage Labels with Barcode will get tracked -
Any Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed items, Royal Mail International Tracked items, and any Royal Mail Tracked Returns without a barcode on the label must be posted in a Post Office branch and cannot be dropped off at a Parcel Postbox.
Would this possibly explain your problem?

I post RM second class, Large Letters and Small Parcels, and take all to be scanned at PO currently. Although they are not 'tracked' just presumed that something regarding RM codes etc. might go back to ebay like those produced and shown when postage is created within ebay.
Especialy on the Small Parcel. I have the option in click and drop account ticked to confirm that delivery has been made even without a tracking number provided?!? presumed that the small parcel delivery would be shown in ebay like it was when I produced the labels within ebay even if all the LL show nothing?
Had parcels delivered as had feedback but nothing to show delivered in ebay itsself.
Did read one post that no info went over to eBay as it did not work and that you only would manually add the delivery tracking info if a customer had raised a complaint/resolution and awould then be needed for this perhaps............but that was from 2018.........
