Click and collect option not showing even though it’s enabled on my account

I’m selling a couple of toys which are quite popular but I’ve noticed I haven’t got the click and collect option whereas nearly everyone else selling same thing has! There’s no best offer or auction on item either and it’s not on restricted item list

you need to use a faster postage option or reduce your handling time

I’m using 2nd class signed for and posting within 2 working days is that too long? Some of them are also using 2nd class normal delivery

Is handling time not postage time ie post within 2 days? Sorry haven’t done selling for few years now

Have you opted into Click & Collect on your seller profile as it;s not automatic
