Hi, I purchased two items from the same seller which were both available on click and collect but when the postage was combined and an invoice sent I couldn't click and collect anymore. Is there a way to get this to work?
click & collect cannot be used on combined purchases,
once items have been combined the only option is direct delivery,
if you want to use click & collect you have to pay for each item separately and they have to be sent separately.
