Hi I wonder if anyone could help? I ordered an item to be delivered by click and collect to Argos. Seller sent it and I also got a tracking email from Hermes to say it had been delivered to the Argos. I haven't received a FM code from eBay and as it was delivered to the Argos days ago I went there to see if they could give it to me. They looked everywhere and said they don't have it, they said often parcels get left at the back door so it may have been stolen! Seller doesn't want to refund me as from her point of view she has sent the item and has tracking that it was delivered to Argos. Argos say they haven't got it and it's not down to them. eBay have said I need to wait 8 days to escalate a case for a refund. Has anyone heard of this before? Will I get a refund? I used click and collect thinking it would be safer but my parcel has gone missing and I have nothing and am out of pocket...? eBay can obviously see I have had no collection code from them and my orders status is still 'being prepared' I imagine if it had been collected by me it would say collected or complete on my account? Thanks
