Click and collect fm code not received

I haven't received the FM code to collect my item. Seller has issued me with delivery conformation which shows ecp code and informed me I can use this to collect my parcel but store refusing this telling me I need the FM code before they will release the parcel. How do I request the FM code.

To many reports of no collection codes being made available by ebay at the moment and no sign of any fix,so yes your right to not use it again,as it has the potential to void a buyer of any buyer protection.

Thanks for your comments I contacted eBay again this morning explaining the problem for the second time and again was told they'll escalate the issue to have it resolved but as yet still no code received the seller is also chasing eBay to have this issue resolved. Hopefully I'll receive a code soon.

Thanks for coming back with an update,and sorry we can't hep you further,except to say keep on it as you only get 7 days to collect as @redwick says

This is just on on for the buyer to have to chase their items like this is you were in time to collect

When did the item actually arrive at the click and collect shop as it can take a day or so to sort.
I dont suppose that is the problem but always worth going down any avenue
