Hi,
I collected an item from an Argos click and collect but I'd been sent two codes, as the one item seemed to contain everything I ordered the guy assumed that it was just a duplicate scan in and we left it like that, however an auto "PUDO return" has been generated and I've been contacted by the seller to ask if I'm returning the item, I've contacted him and explained and he's asked me to try to cancel the return from my end, but I can't seem to do this and the eBay help doesn't seem to have anything.

Seems odd, as you can't return items via Argos, only collect them.
Is this showing in resolution centre as case opened, if so you can just close it.
