Click and Drop 2D barcodes Late delivery

Hi all,

Recently my late delivery rate has gone up a lot and I am now losing my top-rated badge. 

When I tried to check why is this happening I have found out that it's because " Tracking Indicates Late Delivery " 

When I set up my Click and Drop I have made sure it does not upload the trackings numbers to order and the setting is still showing that it won't' do it. 

Somehow, I don't know how the tracking will appear on the eBay orders. The thing I noticed is that tracking will appear in the order the same day when delivery is made. 

The tracking won't' upload to orders that are not delivered. 

So when delivery is made tracking will get there. is it something to do with the new eBay codes on the delivery address? 

I mean is it possible that tracking is being uploaded from the Royal Mail system to eBay when they deliver the parcel? 

Because of this, my late delivery has now sky-high, it's Royal Mail that is unable to meet the eBay estimate delivery times, why do I have to suffer from this.
