I just thought I'd raise the following. Further to buying an item from ebay I selected the "click and collect" option to collect the item from the nearest Argos Store. On receiving an email from ebay confirming my purchase it stated the Argos store I had selected and stated that "Your order will be held at the Argos store until 25-Nov-2016. If you haven’t collected your order by then, we’ll return it to the seller and you’ll receive a refund".
However when I went to the store to collect the item I was told that Argos only hold items for 7 days after that period they are returned to the ebay seller. Obviously there seems to be a miscommunication on what Argos does and what Ebay thinks the store does on collect and click items from ebay.
I would like to raise this issue with ebay however I can’t seem to find an email address where I can make my observations known to them.
