When items are sent Click and Collect through Argos, what information does the store have about the items. How discrete is the process.
They presumably have the sellers name and address to allow return of uncollected items.
Do they also have a description of the goods, with an image, like the Ebay ready for collection email sent to buyers.
Buyers may not want their purchases made public, but Ebay do not provide any information about this.
