Click & Collect Returns - Ebay and all things NOT great!!!

GOD .. how much time am I spending on this today!  But here goes one last time.

Third (new) question as for some reason I can not post replies to my own previous questions OR post any comments to any post on any threads on this community board?  Only New Questions!  Oh the wonders that are Ebay

Anyway Click & Collect and my Printed 'collect+' label.

So I took a look at the link posted by redwick1 [Thanks] .... Jesus ... long winded or what!  So paid a visit to the collectplus site and ''lo and behold'' ... it's NOT a pre-paid Returns Label it's just a pre-printed one ... I'm going to have to pay to send my returns back and on the 72 HR that the Label states it will cost ME a grand total of £8.39 which I doubt very much the ever so helpful (not) seller will never refund me!

As this represents 1/3 of the purchase price ......... do I still send the parcel back?   Or do I hold on to what I have and try selling it myself - but on another auction site that I use [but using the correct Product Description unlike the dozy seller in my case]?

To say I'm miffed off is putting it mildly - but seems to be the way on here more and more!

Well this was not so much a new question, but an observation and follow-on to my last one .... if I was able to add to my own thread/s then that would be great - but I can't so hence this New Question!

If you know why I can't post comment's etc .... feel free to tell me ..... YES I am logged in obviously ... I have checked out others questions on here and the ''Answer'' button is just GREYED out ... so I've looked and tried but am giving up now!

Regarding my Return's  .... looks like I get to find my nearest Collect+ Store ... pay them a visit (if I now chose to?) and then Stump Up £8.39 to send this package back to a and very unhelpful seller?

One thing this whole process has shown me (well two) is firstly the Ebay Returns process is very poor and needs a great deal of improving ... and secondly this Community is a hell of a lot more useful than the pages of waffle (as in that link redwick1 sent to me) which goes on and on and basically explains nothing!

Thanks for that @temperate_porcine  I thought it was just me?  At least this is one way to add additional content - though a bit backwards.  Though I still can not access other peoples post's to add any answer's to their questions.  Just one of them things I guess.

Anyway I said the sneaky cow was belligerent and by sending a Non-Pre-Paid Address Label she's proven my point!

BTW ... to all the old veterans out there not all returns for Not As Described Item Returns are false being perpetrated by Buyers trying it on?   Yes I guess it can and does happen [I've been reading through many of the threads on here - so many horror stories!!!]  but not all Sellers are Sweetness & Light!   In my case all my seller needed to do was put her hands up and admit she had probably copied the description over from a second auction item she had - without changing the physical dimensions for this second one .... but instead she chose to try to ignore me in the hope I'ld just disappear or something!

So with this One Bad Seller - maybe I should stop buying off Ebay ... eh?  Probably not as the next item I purchased for seven times as much turned out just fine 🙂
