My parcel of two wooden doll chairs was well packaged in a sturdy box with bubble wrap, polystyrene, newspaper etc and the box was labelled FRAGILE and THIS WAY UP etc all over. I sent it via Hermes Packlink next day delivery. The buyer has sent photos showing damage to the chairs that can only have come from actually been dropped. One leg has come right off! Can I claim for damages? How do I start?
