Chinese sellers

Is anything being done about the raft of Chinese sellers who claim to have stock in the UK and then dangle you on a string until it arrives from China. Invariably the item is supposedly posted within the time frame but the tracking shows the carrier has not even got the item days after it was supposedly posted. I've pretty well lost count of the number of times I've been caught by this in recent weeks. In effect these sales are fraudulent and should be treated as such.

unfortunately there are numerous complaints regarding this and unfortunately none of the complaining buyers bothered to leave feedback to reflect their experiences.

I did when I could but when you raise a case the ability to leave feedback disappears for some reason or other. I've got two in tow at the moment. Maybe I should do the feedback before the cases?
Are you suggesting Ebay reads and acts on negative feedback?

Left 3 negatives regarding non-functional tracking, goods not in UK etc.
Cannot wait for the result. TPO

And printing a label with tracking number does not equal item posted!
