Can anyone advise me on how to find the chat line

As you have been told Live Chat is not available for Business Sellers.

In any case from recent experience Live Chat is not as helpful as it used to be, took four different people before I could convince them that selling a live cat on ebay was not allowed.

Is not always available. Go to Help and Contact at the top of the Page and type in your Question or Customer Service and scroll down, there is usually an option for Ebay to Call you Back, 50/50 on the Chat Line.

You can ask on here, have some very helpful Responders.

Bizarrely, I don't believe that Live Chat is available for business sellers.

All contact routes are via the Help & Contact tab, top left, put keywords in relating to your issue, enter, scroll down a bit to the bottom of the page and then you'll see available contact routes.
