We have been trading as a charity on e-bay for 11 years but are looking to move elsewhere. It does say on e-bay that if you are selling as a charity that the charity ribbon shows up next to the item title in the search engine. It DOES NOT anymore and this is having a huge impact on our sales.
Can I urge other charities to loby e-bay on this.
If you try searching on your sale items you will not see the charity ribbon until you click onto the listing.
They didn't even have the courtesy to tell us they were going to make this change.
