I do not understand my charges. Last month £28 this month £19 I haven’t even sold anything?

You listed with a reserve 9 times

That is very expensive and you pay if you sell or not

Always start at a price you are willing to accept

When you put a reserve on a listing the price it will cost pops up

When you submit the listing it tells you how much that listing will cost

Did you not see that?

It is a very costly mistake to make

Ouch you are using Reserves an Upgraded Charge of 4% whether the Item Sells or Not. Don't use Reserves. They are not needed. Just list your Items for the lowest price you want to achieve.
