Why am I being charged more than I am told after checkout?
It would have helped to give us a bit more information.
At a guess, it may be that VAT has been added to the price. In some cases, eBay is now collecting VAT on behalf of HMRC for some items, see: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/paying-items/paying-tax-ebay-purchases?id=4771&st=12&pos=3&query=...
