Charged insertion fees for a car that buyers didn't complete

Advertised twice, 1st non buyer I received refund, 2nd non buyer I was charged  £16+.

Asked you for advice before and only got some stupid reply...is this the ebay community that helps sellers resolve problems or just a forum for the buyers ?

I have a good feedback, both the 'so called buyers' had nothing..so I pay because I trusted them ? All for the buyers seems to me. Ebay take fees for these idiots who wasted my time.

Sensible answer would be great otherwise don't bother, wasted enough time.

You never get refund if insertion fees.

If 1st buyer didn't pay, you can get FVF credited.

If you relist, pay listing fee again.
