You can either try and contact your card proivider explain an item has been paid for twice, they can see the timescales and if seconds apart should refund you.
Or, if you have definitely not received two items, contact the seller, ask them to check their Paypal account to see if two charges were paid, to be honest I cannot see how, but see what they say, they can then refund you one.
