Having sold an item recently, there is a problem getting the funds from Ebay. They sent message saying payment returned and they will try and send again. I have since realised my account number was changed some time ago as there was a fraudulent transaction on it and the bank decided to change the number. I have followed all the instructions to change the number but system asks me for the previous number (showing just the last 4 digits) I have no record of the last account number so cant give it! New account details therefore remain unchanged. No response from the online chat forum!
