Changed ebay username & now Packlink won't work

Hello,

I changed my ebay username from Eazi_Buy to Eazi.Buy yesterday, now when I go to ship orders and select Packlink, it won't load.

I go to my order, click 'Print postage Label' 

Then I click 'Hermes, UPS, DPD and DHL drop-off and collection services available eBay powered by Packlink'

The next screen then asks me to sign into my ebay account.

Then following screen asks me to 'Grant application access: eBay delivery' - to which I agree.

However, at this point it goes back to asking me to sign into my ebay account and giving access again, just keeps going in a cycle, it won't let me continue.

I have tried clearing cache & cookies & logging in on 3 different browsers & my mobile but no luck. I have also tried revoking access in my ebay account and re-connecting, but this also hasn't worked. I have contacted Ebay, but they have advised to contact packlink.

Packlink have advised for me to contact their specalist team, so I'm awaiting a reply from them.

Just wondered if anyone else has had the same issue & how it was resolved.

**UPDATE**

After a few hours, I managed to get Ebay to change my username back. But unfortunately, I still have the issue of the access page just circling back to the ebay log in page.

Ebay have said it's not their issue - my account has no issues and there's no issues with the ebay/packlink connection (which I know this last part is true as it's working on my sister's ebay account)
