Change postage cost

I need to change the postage on an item that I sold to a buyer from Greece. No idea how to do it, anyone know how please?

You have Sold it through the Ebay Global Shipping Programme. You only Post it to the Hub in Staffordshire. Use Tracked Postage and add it to your Sales Summary.
