Change my profile photo

Please can anyone tell me how I can change my profile photo when there's no edit button or edit emblem on either the app or desktop site? It used to be there but I don't seem to be able to find one. I've tried holding my finger on it. I'm using an android phone and tried on the desktop using an android tablet both running on marshmallow.

From the PC click on your feedback number to go to your feedback page and then select 'view eBay my world' from the right hand menu.

There should be a little pencil icon on your profile picture and clicking on that will give you the option to change it.
