Change default location permanently

Has anyone any idea how to change the default location in the filters so that it remains changed whenever I search?

you can't change the default location

overseas sellers pay to have their items shown on ebay.uk

ebay would be in breach of contract if they allowed buyers to exclude them permanently,

so you have to change it every time you search
