Change account type from business to personal

Hi can anyone help me with this, I set my account as business many years ago however I have no registered business and do not trade, would be great if I could switch this back to personal.  Don't want to start up a new account as i've had this one for maybe 20 years now and built up a lot of feedback.

You would have to Contact Customer Service and convince them that you are no longer a Business.
