Change Username

I’ve tried to change my username, have pressed”save” but nothing else happens, and the old default username is still in place. What could be going wrong?

What device are you using?  Some ,  actually most ,  aspects cannot be managed on the ebay app,  so if using switch to a laptop / P C . browser,  but not IE to manage this.
