I want to buy a gold adjustable neck chain. The sales pitch does not include how the chain actually adjusts. I need one that goes over my head as my arthritic fingers cannot fasten chains. The seller is Carissima, I've bought from them before and I was very happy with my purchase.
Also, I use a cell phone to access Ebay and I cannot find out how to access the listing page.

You need to contact the seller and ask them about it.
If there is no mention of how it adjusts then you can not assume it does or that it will adjust how you want it too.
If you are using the app then it is not at all good and you need to use a computer if you can not accepss the pages
The app does not show all things
Go to options then Edit and take out that sellers name before ebay do as it is not allowed on here.
