trying to purchase a cctv camera fro USA all's fine until I go to checkout, when a message appears saying checkout error please check your countries regulations for cctv items or electronic equipment, any advice on what should I do next.

UK & USA electrical items operate on different voltage, so item may not work in UK.

Why do you need to buy from there?

You will pay import fees & if there is an issue will have to pay to return it,

buy from UK seller (make sure they are UK & not Chinese seller saying in UK).
