Hello I'm a little confused as I've purchased 2 items today 1 item £49and the £54 I'm curious as when I've bought them on two separate occasions ,both times I've got a text saying click hear and you'll receive £17.97 Cashback can someone tell me how tht works or is there an catch too it ,thanks Sean Paul

Yes it's a scam.....they want your card details....you may get cash back but there is a monthly subscription........will cost more than you get back & nothing actually to do with eBay

Very much a catch.You have to pay a monthly subscription to get the Cash Back which means you constantly have to keep spending money to justify the monthly fee.

 

I suggest you google Ad. Blocker to cut out these ads., most ad blockers are Free.  I useAdBlocker Ultimate, but there are many others to choose from.

I personally wouldn't touch it, not necessarily a scam as such but you don't get anything for nothing and clicking on the link probably gets you into some sort of scheme you may not want to be involved in.

 

I've seen these pop ups on other sites too, they're not from eBay.

 

If you mean you've been sent a text to your mobile then i'd be even more suspicious.  Who has actually sent them?
