I took a payment in cash in collection however buyer keeps receiving emails to pay even though I have marked as collected and paid. How do I stop this? Any suggestions welcome.
Try going again to More Actions and clicking on Mark as Paid and Mark as Dispatched,
Do this on a laptop / PC and not with a phone or app, see if that helps.
