Cash On Collection Purchase

I recently purchased an item and paid cash on collection, however, the seller is unable to mark as paid as I didn't get a barcode which I probably would had I paid by Paypal.  Please can anyone advise how to correct this as the item is still showing in basket and I am unable to delete it.  I have contacted the seller who also doesn't know how to solve this problem.  Thanks

Hi

Go to your purchase history and see if you can mark the item as payment sent...More Actions to the right of your purchased item

What the seller needs to do is also go to More Actions to the right of their sold item.    This is a drop down bar where they can mark the item as payment received and also despatched.
