Hi,
I bought a phone but it never arrived although it was posted ( lost via courier). Seller refused to refund so I asked ebay to step in. Case was awarded in my favour but it's been over 8 days and no refund received. I've sent a message to ebay but they didn't reply.
It seems to be increasingly difficult to contact ebay. Not sure how the OFT lets large companies get away with being so evasive when they have the resources to operate support teams
