If a case is closed then that is the end of it on ebay.

Why did you want a refund.

If you open a dispute you have to make sure tracking or the 16 digit code from a PO receipt onto the dispute

I have tracked the item and it was received by the seller.
What do I do next?

If the case is closed there is nothing you can do on ebay. Why did you return it?. If it was not as described and you paid by paypal then you may be able to open a dispute there. You put the tracking of the return onto the dispute and escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days. You have not said why the case closed. If you returned it and had tracking then you should not have lost the case.
