Please can you refer to the above case brought against us unfairly by the buyer. Your own conclusion was that 'The seller was not at fault'
The buyer has taken it upon himself to issue a defamatory negative feedback , refering to myself as the 'Arthur Daly' of Hi-Fi. My reputation is exemplary having served in my specialist business for more than 40 years.
i contacted the buyer & asked for him to revoke the damaging remarks & to reverse the negative feedback, he has refused. The fact is he is clearly wrong & the transcript relating to this case supports this.
Please can you look into this with a view to having the buyer over ruled in this case.
